趙仁順(圖右)現任 THEO 畫廊總監，擁有逾二十年的國際藝術產業經驗，專精於當代藝術經營、策展規劃與藏家服務。

學術背景橫跨韓國與英國，持有韓國慶熙大學藝術與文化管理碩士學位，並於英國倫敦威廉斯學院取得國際商務研究文憑，兼具人文與商業的跨域訓練。

自2013年起掌舵 THEO 畫廊，統籌首爾與雅加達兩地的整體營運，積極拓展韓國、印尼、日本及美國等市場的國際藝術家合作與推廣計畫。長期主導參與 Art Jakarta、KIAF、Frieze Seoul、Tokyo Gendai 等重要國際藝術博覽會，並負責畫廊策展方向、典藏策略、機構合作及 VIP 客戶關係，將 THEO 畫廊建立為具國際影響力的當代藝術平台。

此前曾任 IN AND OUT KOREA 藝術總監，規劃企業藝術專案與跨領域合作；並曾任職 MYART 拍賣及 Auction Star，主持現代與當代藝術拍賣，負責藝術品研究與拍賣圖錄編輯。旅居英國期間，亦於 SSlink Ltd. 擔任行銷助理，深耕歐洲市場商務關係。

Insoon Cho is the Director of THEO Gallery, bringing over two decades of experience in the international art industry, with expertise spanning contemporary art management, curatorial programming, and collector advisory services.

With an academic background rooted in both Korea and the United Kingdom, Cho holds a Master's degree in Arts and Culture Management from Kyung Hee University in Seoul, and an International Business Studies Diploma from Williams College London — a foundation that bridges humanistic inquiry with commercial acumen.

Since taking the helm of THEO Gallery in 2013, Cho has overseen the full operations of its Seoul and Jakarta locations, driving international artist collaborations and outreach across Korea, Indonesia, Japan, and the United States. She has led the gallery's participation in major international art fairs including Art Jakarta, KIAF, Frieze Seoul, and Tokyo Gendai, while steering its curatorial vision, collection strategy, institutional partnerships, and VIP client relations — establishing THEO as a globally influential platform for contemporary art.

Prior to THEO, Cho served as Art Director at IN AND OUT KOREA, where she developed corporate art projects and cross-disciplinary collaborations. She has also worked as an auctioneer and program planner at MYART Auction and Auction Star, conducting modern and contemporary art sales and overseeing catalogue research and editorial production. During her years in the United Kingdom, she held a marketing role at SSlink Ltd., cultivating business relationships across the European market.

Eva Armisén（1969）(圖左) 是一位將日常轉化為非凡的藝術家，其作品以直接而富情感的繪畫語言展現活力與樂觀。她畢業於巴塞隆納大學美術系，並在阿姆斯特丹Gerrit Rietveld藝術學院深造，曾獲Pilar and Joan Miró基金會獎學金。作品曾於歐洲、亞洲及美國的博物館、畫廊和藝術博覽會展出，並參與公共藝術、廣告、電影、電視及出版項目合作。

2016年，她參與聯合國教科文組織對濟州島女潛水員「海女」非物質文化遺產提名；2017年為《Mom is a Haenyeo》繪製插畫，書籍發行逾25種版本並翻譯多國語言。她曾在首爾、洛杉磯、香港、新加坡、里斯本、台北、上海、墨爾本等地舉辦個展與聯展。自2023年起，她與作家Eva Piquer合作於Catorze.cat發表插畫。2026年，她將於巴塞隆納Reial Cercle Artístic舉辦個展《La vida pintada》，並在首爾首演以其創作為靈感的音樂劇與大型沉浸式展覽。

Eva Armisén (b. 1969) is an artist who transforms the everyday into something extraordinary through a direct and emotive pictorial language characterized by vitality and optimism. She graduated in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona and pursued further studies at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam, and was the recipient of a scholarship from the Pilar and Joan Miró Foundation. Her work has been exhibited in museums, galleries, and art fairs across Europe, Asia, and the United States, and she has collaborated on projects spanning public art, advertising, film, television, and publishing.

In 2016, she participated in the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage nomination of the Haenyeo — the legendary women divers of Jeju Island. In 2017, she illustrated Mom is a Haenyeo, a book published in over 25 editions and translated into multiple languages. She has held solo and group exhibitions in cities including Seoul, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Singapore, Lisbon, Taipei, Shanghai, and Melbourne. Since 2023, she has collaborated with writer Eva Piquer, publishing illustrations on the cultural platform Catorze.cat. In 2026, she will present the solo exhibition La vida pintada at the Reial Cercle Artístic in Barcelona, and will premiere a musical inspired by her creative universe alongside a large-scale immersive exhibition in Seoul.
